Doctor Appointment booking application

I am a Java Developer with basic MEAN stack knowledge and am planning on opening a small business with a few Doctors. It's basically an appointment booking system. That users can log in to and search for doctors around their location. Users can compare doctors based on their ratings work history and other criteria's. Once they picked a desired doctor, they can book an appointment with that Doctor. Confirmations will happen through SMS and email. Detailed document shall be provided to whoever is interested. The application has to built over MEAN stack and most importantly, detailed documentation needs to be provided after every milestone. I will review it myself.
