Tool for monitoring and alerting changes on website

Hi, so I need something that can monitor changes on a website and notify me when something changes. Basically I need to pick up shifts for work, but there’s no automated notification system so the only option is to hit the search button manually and monitor for any new shifts appearing that way. Obviously this is not efficient so I would like something to automate this process for me. It does not have to be sophisticated or complicated, just to monitor if a new shift appears and to play an audio sound when something does appear. It doesn’t seem like it would be complicated to do but the pay is negotiable if found otherwise.
