Trouble Shoot CF7 and Thrive Themes/Leadbox Issue

This project is for developers familiar with Contact Form 7 AND ALSO Thrive Themes/Thrive Leadboxes. I want to add a more robust form to the thrive leads pop up so I have taken CF7 form code and input it into a leadbox. This looks like a great fix for having multiple fields of info to collect (since the API cant send out more than 3 fields), and you can even add custom CSS to the leadbox to style the CF7 form. The only problem I am having is with the submit button. Something is getting eaten so the submit button does not function correctly. I have tested this same method on another website that uses a different wp theme and it works perfectly. I am guessing this means there is a jquery issue as we have had previous issues with the plugin vs theme. Here is some comments from that work from the Thrive plug in developers ("Another problem with the theme: it loads its own version of jQuery and not using the standard recommended by wordpress – this is a bad practice and should be avoided – the theme developers should be able to fix this." "This was caused by the same problem: the theme loading its own jQuery library. the theme developers should address this as soon as possible, as it will cause other conflicts for sure with third party plugins. I’ve patched our plugin on the user’s site and we’ll include the patch in our next release.") Need you to: 1) Fix the issue so the form will submit correctly. 2) Input custom CSS in the leadbox to style the CF7 form
