Birthday Present Cartoon Strip

Hi, I'm wondering what we can put together for my boyfriend's birthday (13th July, his 30th). He loves Disney land and theme parks in general. I'd love to put together a cartoon scene of a custom theme park map, that's inspired with some sketches from our memories at theme parks in the past (the more humour the better). Size wise, I was thinking of printing around A3 size, but open to suggestions. The map itself could look like a cross between this map: [login to view URL] ..combined with a where's Walley style scene. Ill put a list together of around a dozen small sketches of our memories to add to the map. Since I have a budget, the drawing itself doesn't have to be perfect quality. Do you think it's the kind of project youd be interested in? If so, what timescale and amount number of hours do you think it would take? I'm very open to ideas and really want to make a memorable present out of this. Best regards,
