Ethical SEO Work - Mostly Off Page

I’m looking for an SEO expert who can increase traffic to my website from USA (only). My website is [login to view URL] and I offer web design and graphic design services. I need to get more customers so I need someone who can really improve my visibility on the web. My website has already been worked on by an SEO expert a few months back so many things are already done. I didn't re-hire the same company because they didn't communicate very well. I would like to team up with someone who can communicate well and for a long-time work relationship. I’m open to new ideas and approaches to reach the final goal; get more clients. As I said before, I’m only interested in getting clients who live in the USA (specifically from the State of Virginia). I’m only interested in working with people who work ethically using good SEO practices. And it’ll be very helpful if you (or a member of your team) have a fair knowledge of graphic design. I want to make sure that anything you post on the web is going to look professional. After the 1st month, if I’m fully satisfied with the SEO expert hired, I will offer SEO services on my website and hire the same expert to work on SEO projects. Please check below: 1.
