In need of people are willing to understand our business and generate leads for commission on contracted work. Commissions typically range from $8k - $20k per client, per year for simply "talking up" our business to someone you know and making the introduction. We then take it from there and turn it into contract work. Referrer gets paid a commission on every dollar earned as long as the contract work continues. This is not a formal sales position or one that requires sales skills. Most contacts will be people you already know or meet on the street. Our business is in the organizational development sector with a focus on behavioral and cultural change. From top to bottom of organizations we work with everyone to develop the interpersonal, leadership, communication and team skills necessary to improve performance. This mostly involves large group workshops, management consulting and work-site coaching. Every organization is a potential client. Everyone needs at least a little help with human performance. The industrial community (construction, oil and gas, mining, etc) is an excellent marketplace. They have an active and critical need to develop high performance teams for safety reasons. This is where the long-term and sizable contracts are.
