iphone lightspeed programmer

i have a wordpress website with classified template. I was creating an android and iphone app for this website with another programmer but he just finish Android app and was unable to complete IPhone app due personal reasons so i am looking someone who finish iphone app and provide me support. Note. Web services are already developed by previous developer. Sections of the app: 1. splash screen 2. main menu 3. category view 4. menu view 5. listing view 6. comments view 7. login screen 8. settings screen 9. walkthough Features i need on th eapp: 1. sync with local memory for check listings without 3g connection 2. Push notifications (ability to send push notifications to all users and listing owner receive a push notification when someone make a comment on their listing) ( the previous developer install a wordpress plugin to do this) 3. Save listings as favorites 4. social Sharing Functions 5. banner rotation on main menu ( taken from wordpress banner plugin) 6. i only need 1 language (spanish) so i will help to developer with translation. 7. native development i need someone with fast development very experienced with wordpress and native mobile apps. Also i need help with stores creation and files upload until be approved for each store.
