I am under the impression that the app is to be built for mobile phones. However, I will recommend building a Progressive Web Application(PWA). Fewer Version Control System repositories to manage will allow streamlined use of resources. PWA removes the barrier of entry posed by the distribution of an app. Your app users will access the services on a mobile web browser with look and feel of a native application. In this proposal, I am assuming that the Computer Vision ML model is prepared and ready for production. The preferred tech stack is as follows: - DigitalOcean (For servers) - Kubernetes with Docker (For deploying application) - Envoy proxy (For reverse proxy and connection handling) - Java or Kotlin with Spring [Preferred alternative: Elixir with Phoenix framework] - VueJS for PWA - LetsEncrypt for TLS/SSL (For security) - CouchDB or Cassandra or JanusGraph or MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis (For storing, retrieving and working on data) Other than this, I reside in India and frequent metro cities.
