Content based website auto clicker

I need an auto clicker that scans the content on a webpage, and if certain keyword(s) is found one link should be clicked. If no keyword is found another link shall be clicked. This shall be repeated until manually stopped. The keywords has to be adjustable by me. It does not matter to me how this is achieved, could be using tampermonkey, chrome extension, an individual application or any other way as long as the desired result is reached.
