Need Framework coded for a game from start to finish

Hello we are working on a new project that involves the base game of Grand Theft Auto 5. There is a multiplayer framework call RAGE:MP it allows you to create servers and build scripts to how you want the game to run. We are wanting to build a big multiplayer server that can hold up to 500 people. We already have the server created and running but we are looking for one maybe two people that can help build the server. We will need a full economy server with jobs and different activity. You must be able to code in JavaScript and C# as this is what RAGE:MP uses for scripts. If you are interested please send a bit. You must also be able to get a copy of GTA 5 and download the RAGE:MP plugin so you can join the server and test to make sure your script is working and also because you get a better idea of how we want things to look and work.
