linux server configuration and software installation

I need a web server built. The server is hosted by Rackspace and is currently running Ubuntu 12.0 These are the following configurations I would like performed: 1. Change ssh/sftp to listen on port 443 2. Install Java jdk 1.6 and update JAVA_HOME to point to it. There are currently some jre files in /usr/lib/jvm and etc/environment has a JAVA_HOME referencing them, but these are JRE's, and I need the JDK. the jdk libraries can be found at: [login to view URL] I'm not certain if 64bit or 32bit should be installed but perhaps you can ascertain the best choice from the OS being used. If uncertain, use 64bit. 3. Install application server: Glassfish 3.1.2.2 Some instructions can be found here [login to view URL] Within these instructions you may configure the default domain (domain1) to some other name. Please do this and change to name to: (name to be provided later) we wont be installing Apache, so skip the Apache configurations. 4. Glassfish listens on port 8080. Please update IPTABLE so that port 80 is redirected to port8080. I would also like this configuration to run whenever the server is rebooted. 5. Install MySQL That's all. I would like this project complete by May 23rd. Thank you.
