Patch Squid 3.5 to keep (not alter) the HTTP header order

We use Squid as a caching forward proxy. We need to keep the header order of the browser. Problem: The current version of Squid 3.5 alters the order of the headers sent by the web browser. You can test this here: [login to view URL] The browser signature using the squid must be the same as without the proxy. it is not for squid 3.5. Therefore we want you to patch the current Squid, so that it keeps the header order: [login to view URL] You find here a hint how to do it and where to find the critical code (Alex Rousskov): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Your tasks: * provide complete patched source code in our git repository * provide patch file for squid 3.5 in our git repository * Create installation binary packets for debian 8+9 and ubuntu 16.04 + 17.10 * provide compile documentation (how you compile the code; which options did you use; if possible use the same options as in default debian/ubuntu packages)
