Preliminary circuit design for face recognition project

Hello, I am an electrical engineer and I would like some help with a project. I have been working on a code for visual recognition and I would like to make a circuit for it. This project is NOT about the circuit and PCB itself but is a Preliminary design. What I will need is: 1. 2 different architecture proposals like type of microprocessor/SoC with a system block diagram able to handle an image processing code 2. a rough estimate (+/- 20%) of the BOM for each architecture proposal If you make a reasonable bid and your work is professional and the circuit cost within my cost range, I will proceed with to the second phase with the actual circuit design, PCB, firmware etc. Therefore this can be an opportunity for both of us for a new business collaboration.
