Hi, As I understand, you require a form (or Screen) in MS ACCESS where you can input the balances from your existing trial balance. In order to do this, here is my approach and what I would require from you: Required Information & Approach ========================== 1. List of Accounts (for which Trial Balance is to be inputted, you can provide them in excel). I will load it into access so that you can select them while inputting trial balance. 2. You also need to specify "Type" of each Account ( like Asset/Liabilities/Investments etc.). I will keep that info in the database and will use that for grouping them in report. 3. I expect to have one Screen and max 5 reports as part of this project. But this number can vary and we can negotiate on this. Since information provided for project is very broad so I would expect you to share the details with me first to evaluate it before we finally proceed. I have a thorough understanding about the accounting systems and accounting principles so rest assured that this part would be handled very swiftly.
