A. HOW BACKUP EMAIL Open Microsoft Outlook Click Menu -> File -> Open -> Import In the Import and Export wizard dialog box select Export to a File then click next Select Personal Folder File (* .pst), then click next Select the folder you want to backup. If you want to backup all folders, select the personal folder and mark the include subfolders checkbox then click next Specify the file name and folder where the backup results will be saved, then click Finish If you want the backup file to be safer, give the password to the file. Don't forget to select the compressibe encryption option. Then click OK B. HOW TO RESTORE THE RESULTS OF BACKUP EMAIL Open Microsoft Outlook Click Menu -> File -> Open -> Import In the Import and Export wizard dialog box select Import from Another Program or File then click next Select Personal Folder File (* .pst) then click next Specify the name of the file and folder where the backup file is saved, then click Next Specifying in the man folder will be placed the import file, then click Finish.
