Project Name Out of Spec Reporting Outline The customer operates a toxic waste disposal facility and their in-house lab samples all waste to determine if the specification exceeds the guidelines. They can do this by entering all samples into their WinLIMS (Windows Lab Information Management System) and run a report referred to as the Out of Spec Report written in Crystal Reports. The original Out of Spec report was written in 2007 and needs to be updated to reflect changes to the Specification Guide. Scope Update the Out of Spec Report formulas with the current specifications for the following waste types and specifications as per the highlighted items in the Waste Specification 2016 Rev 1 document, included as an attachment to this document. • 101 Fuel Blend Liquids • 110 Non-Chlorinated Organic Liquids • 122 Chlorinated Organic Liquids – High Chlorine • 126 Pesticide Liquids • 200 Low Heat Solids • 306 Paint Sludge Out Of Spec Report The current report with data is included as an attachment to this document. Crystal Reports 2016 is required. Database The datasets for the report are stored in two separate instances: - SQL Server: Flyers DB Name: WinLIMS734 - SHAPPDB\WTSDB The original report used only Flyers DB, however, the following tables have since been moved to SHAPPDB\WTSDB and the report needs to be updated accordingly. - Waste_Descrption - Waste _Specifications Sample Test Results Sample test results have been loaded into WinLIMS in order to test the accuracy of the report.
