Hello ,I have built an Android app the controls Arduino with Bluetooth before, we can load a series of questions and each time the answer is right we send an instruction to Arduino via Bluetooth , or BLE(bluetooth low energy) or even better , via HTTP request, we can add a wifi module to the arduino , and the app will controll the car via internet. Like you mentioned the App send signals to Car to move. Please confirm me what is signal/commands that your car receiving like in hex form Ascii form ( e.g. 00, 01). 2. Application will be developed that will function as server and client at the same time, among the contestants once I define who will be the server, the rest will be registered to that device. The server will get the questions from a WEB data base, having the possibility to store it locally, and the game will begin. The game will all receive the same question, the players who answer will be able to advance the car (Time or Distance according to the configuration), it will also be possible to include an advanced modality in which only the participant who answers well and in less time can advance the car. The client must inform the messages that the Android app must send to the Arduino development.
