Create game template in Unity 3D (" as The Higher Lower game")

Hello, I've got an interesting idea. I would like you to recreate the game called The Higher Lower game, especially create a template (IOS and Android ready) that I could change then (In Unity 3D). With everything pre-installed in it (in app purchase, game center, etc.). You can be creative and even add some animations, make better menus and stuff like that (I will pay you for that extra). So it's really up to you, but stick to the original version and make only minor changes !! It should be a game that is similar to the original one, but with differences: 1, I have many ideas about what should be the content (it should be template in which I could create easily many apps with slitly different content of questions) 2, Have ability to add specific packs (easy to edit them later) 3, Make it friendly and easy to manage (everything should be easily changeable- drag and drop) I require cross platform support (IOS, Android), game templates have to be created with Unity 3D. CREATE PROFESSIONAL HIGH QUALITY APP NOT SOME BASIC OLD LOOK. STICK WITH THE LOOK TO THE ORIGINAL GAME. Also I would want from you exact text/video navigation how to change questions, packs (images, numbers, names etc.) BUDGET IS UP TO 100 Euros.
