Immediate Need: IONIC3 Based Hybrid Mobile App Development, VUe. JS, Vuetify, Applozic Chat

Budget 700$ I am looking for a resource to finish a Hybrid mobile site The work is 80% done but it needs to be refreshed with the latest desktop code. The app is using the Applozic Chat ( [login to view URL] ). Currently the dev has the desktop version being rendered while on Mobile. I would like to see if the system can detect the screen and launch the applozic mobile versions (IOS, Android) instead. That would be the only new development per se. The rest would be refreshing the code with new desktop updates. The resulting app must work on all screen types desktop, smartphone and tablet. You will be working with the developers who developed the desktop version. We use Github Very Important you have good working knowledge of github.
