Phonemes (short/long) recognition in Unity 3D

Please read this description carefully before bidding to save your time and mine as well. This project requires a freelancer to do the audio recognition and convert speech to text for us and we expect following. [login to view URL] (a,e,i,o,u) recognition. They should be recognizable even if user speaks it for 15 seconds (Continuous) or instantly. [login to view URL] with that we need loudness and Pitch detection values in (-...+) integer or float variables. You can create couple of text fields in unity and display the spoken vowel, amplitude and pitch values so there isn't any UI or other worked required.
