Routing and directions in Maps

I have an application that is Java based (Vaddin framework / CUBA platform) and want to use google or any other suitable maps and API for logistics solution: Environment: Java web application Here is the functionalities: DISTRIBUTION AND ROUTING a) Route planning on Maps -Multi-location stop route planning (waypoints and delay time at each waypoint) -Round-trip route planning -Travel time calculation and planning with stop over time -Suggest alternate routes to cover the selected stops (addresses) and recommend most efficient sequence of stops for the route b) Geolocation -Getting geo-location from address database for route planning c) Mobile navigation -select the route and start navigation -Suggest alternate routes to cover the selected stops (addresses) and recommend most efficient sequence of stops for the route -Actual time should be captured and calculated automatically based on the related client smart phone location d) Location tracking -Use list of smartPhone and route assigned -Tracking location of those different smartphone and monitor the user position in real-time
