Doing QR scanning is straightforward in JavaScript (I'll use Cordova) Please specify what the application does exactly (I can't read Russian). You shouldn't make prepayments, but you will have to create a milestone for the selected freelancer to work. Regards,

I am an experienced iOS developer. I have worked in many companies as an iOS dev. I've also worked on similar projects on converting existing android apps to iOS. I'm also familiar with java so it'll be easier to understand the android source code. In several of my apps I have incorporated the QR code scanning feature.
