Building an Education Portal for Families

Only interested in Philippines or Costa Rica Backpak ([login to view URL]) is a year old start up with contracts to build education portals for US families. Our founders have started and managed successful tech firms in Finance and are now turning to Education. We are seeking a small team of developers to work with our management remotely over the next few years as we develop the portfolio of products that are planned. We are location agnostic and are experienced managing development teams around the world. We do require availability during New York business hours and strong English skills along with the required development expertise that we seek. You must have a suitable workspace, equipment, and broadband to work securely and to connect to our network for video conferences during work hours and for development and testing. The proven ability to deliver well tested applications, developed in a quality fashion, and expeditiously will be a key consideration. Our development team is being put together to start in January on a full time basis with the expectation that the team will be occupied on Backpak projects through out 2021 and beyond. Our preference is for Full Stack Developers though we will consider those with strong skills in only the front end or just the backend. We work in the AWS Cloud and prefer experience with API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Cloudfront and AWS Coginto. MySQL and Node JS experience are required for backend consideration. Vue.js experience is required for frontend consideration. Only looking for developers interested in a full time position.
