Enhance existing Java program to collect more data from 3 JSONs and Scrape some images

Looking for a Java specialist with scraping experience. My current Java program loops through the a single table (MySQL) that already has a few pre-existing records in it and collects some data from the JSONs located on the web. I need to rewrite this program to be able to add new records and update existing ones. So, the first-time program runs, you will need to add all new records/data to the table. Next time program runs, check if there are new items available and if so, add them as well as update data for all the existing items. If no new items available, just update data for existing ones. 13 table fields total need to be updated. Data is located within 3 JSONs files on the web. I will provide detailed requirements document, SQL for the table as well as my old Java code. My build environment is based on Apache Ant 1.9.9
