Magento 1.8.1 Category export from MySQL to CSV

We need someone who pulls us from a Magento database all categories. The information must be stored in a CSV file. It is important that each category is listed with all its parent categories. The following representation is required: child category id; child category name 1; parent category name 2; parent category name 3; parent category name 4 ;……; child category name The parent categories must be sorted hierarchical. The highest level categories must therefore be in the first few cells (after the column with the sub category id of course). The category id for the child is required. It would be even better if we get a second CSV in which also the id of the categories are listed in the same representation only with the ID instead of the name.
