Create an app to convert photos to coloring book pages -- Develop a Mac Application

Design a proprietary app (for iphone, ipad, possibly also for cloud rendering) We want to be able to let the user take a photo transform it into an adult coloring book page, using filters and patterns (we can provide vector patterns) Suggested steps within the app to make this happen. 1: convert the image into layers. Black and white outline layer showing the key shapes (buildings, plants, people, animals). UI should provide some detail / contrast adjustment sliders. 2: simplify the areas into colors or another way to select a specific area, and fill in a shape / pattern (replace a flattened color layer, with a patterned layer, is one thought.) 3: have a toolkit of simple add on patterns or pre-existing elements (paisley border shape; tree, flower, butterfly, etc.) 4: add text – hand drawn looking fonts that can also be filled with patterns. 5.
