Odoo 11 community version , add expense function

I have a multi-company odoo instance in finance and I need to add an expense management module, here is the function. • Employees can create expense reports • Employees can submit the expense report to be approved by managers • Approval process can be defined and can be updated • Approvers can approve / reject expense report • Finance user can modify the expense reports on behalf of their employees • Finance user can make payment to employees based on approved expenses • Some of the expense are Deferred Fees e.g. Insurance, subscription, which is claimed in the current month, but is distributed among finance period. • Employees can submit finance reports from Mobile device How to Bid: Please present your solutions include the app / module that you are going to use. List down the requirements that require customization. Provide an estimate of the estimated efforts in days and cost. I will only pick the proposals with proper details. How to work: Provide a proper plan before you start. Configure or Develop on your dev environment move it to our UAT environment for demo and testing results. Source code must be pushed to our github on a daily basis in order to claim milestone payment. Deploy the app to production.
