I will start with a short into of mine. I am currently working with caterpllar in chennai with hardware team. Now Let me Explain How I am the perfect guy for this work. 1)What you need is a PCB design and Since i am in the hardware team at CAT you might guess it will be a small task for me. 2)Now the tricky part in your project comes when you say you should be able to program it, well i have worked with CortexM4F processor which is the same MCU your redbear nano 2 has and it also uses DAPLINK for debugging and programming. DAPLINK is nothing but a software helper which runs on a same MCU (in your case cortex M4F which is on USB M20 dongle) helping software flashing and debugging to the application MCU . 3)Well this job is a hardware job but if anything with BLE 5 i can assist you there also since i am currently working on TI's BLE 5 solution which are very similar to nordic's BLE 5 sloutions, But I think you have figured out your way till here so you wont need any help at a software side but still if there is anything at concept level. 4)I gurentee you that there wont be any issue with the design and i will give you pins or a usb port on the PCB which you can directly connect to your PC via usb cable and have the arduino software running on your nrf.
