I'm looking to build a hard copy form (Client Credit Profile) and a replicated online form (Mortgage Scenario check) that can be emailed/submitted to lenders when completed. This form (online) will provide lenders with enough client information to be able to confidently assess whether the client satisfies their respective credit policies. The online form should allow lenders to respond (digitally) with commentary. The output should also be able to be offered to clients and/or their brokers in a readable report format generated by me when the lenders have responded. The excel attachment provides just a few questions / fields / issues so as to give an idea of what's required. The actual form (hard copy / online) will have up to around 50 questions with numerous checkboxes and fields for commentary. The website (not completed as yet) is at [login to view URL]
