Remove select boxes

This is a very very small job. It consists in removing 4 date select boxes and converting them into input fields. Now it is possible to select dates from some drop down select boxes AND also from a javascript calendar. I want to cancel the drop down select boxes and only allow selection from the javascript calendar. Instead of the select boxes must be an input field or something similar, where date chosen in the calendar is displayed. I'll send the actual script to be modified and the url where it is displayed to see in action to the freelancer interested.
