Website re-design

Hello Guys, I want a help to facelift this website and probably convert to joomla is ok as well, to Add a full room reservation capability (an option for us to enter room inventory for available room tracking) and sercured credit card payment facility (though not need to be connected to any payment gateway as we could manualy charge the guest card later on)... system automatically send email confirmation to the guest's provided email address for reservation confirmation. - I want to have a reservation module on the front page like usually found on hotels like [login to view URL] our site is [login to view URL] please refer to our sister hotel to see sample they did on their own: [login to view URL] site should support mulitiple languages option Janapese/Chinese/English/Korean (we will suply the translations), but not necessarily on reservation pages but if possible that would be a plus to you. the website should maintain a tropical resort look, anyway we are going to supply all materials for you. if you could make a flash fading images as like banner rotator would be great. can be ASP/PHP/.NET etc. message me if you have question. regards, neo
