ISME—Internet Secrets Made Easy— Full Time PHP, Website Developer and Webmaster ISME is looking for an experienced PHP, Website Developer and Webmaster with a proven track record, has a wide range of skills and is looking for a Full Time Long Term Position ISME-Internet Secrets Made Easy is an Australian Internet Marketing Company owned by Carl and Karen Fechner. We help small business owners to transform their online business and become the No.1 Online Consumer Choice, Respected Authority, and Market Leader with a 5 Star Reputation, to capture, convert and close more prospects using Multi-Channel Marketing Systems to unlock the Power of the Internet and dominate their niche in the market place All our current outsourcing contractors reside in the Philippines and our long term goal is to continue to develop this with offices, ongoing training and equipment, yet we will still allow those who want to work from home or their province do so. Teams will be developed as we grow our business internationally, this means that management jobs will evolve (if you are looking for this in the future) The role begins sometime between 20th to 31st May 2013 The role is long term with an initial trial period to determine if we can work together, your skill sets fit the job criteria and your ability to be a team player and your performance Time frames for trial period and contract structure 1. 15-30 days training with Training Allowance @ $2.70 AUD 15-30 hours per week 1st evaluation end of May If passed hourly rate will be increased to $3.00 AUD and hours increased to 30-40 hours per week (Please Note, depending on your performance, the hours may automatically be increased to 40 hours) 2. 30-90 days Approval Evaluation Period $3.50 AUD—30-40 hours per week 2nd evaluation end of July hours at 40 hours per week 3. 90 days-6 months Period 40 hours per week @ $4.00 per hour 3rd evaluation end of October permanent role with Regulation benefits (Phil Health, Super, Housing Subsidiary up to $25.00 per month) Must have the following skills Proficient HTML/PHP/Word press/ Coding Skills and Webmaster Admin mastery and at least 5 years’ experience Good general IT/Web admin skills Ability to use Photoshop and do some graphics work is preferable The role will be working with various clients to help them with their technical, website and other IT related support. You will have a variation in tasks and complexity and deal with multiple clients, mostly from Australia. Work times must be within East Coast of Australian Business Hours i.e. 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Philippines is 2 hours behind in the winter and 3 hours behind in the summer. Must Be: Excellent in English, both written and oral Able to discuss projects over Skype (chat and talk) Able to be coached/trained on new tasks/programs and take feedback Open to doing other tasks that might not directly be coding related as needed Available Full time Open to being accountable and having time and activities tracked You will be required to complete a small Paid trial coding task for us to ensure you have the skills we require. It will be a small coding task that should not take more than a half day and you will be paid $15 AUD for this task as a token gesture. PLEASE NOTE: Your reply must include the Code word (ISME).
