The website need not look splendid, the important thing here is usability and easy to use for end user. In other words, Functionality over Cosmetic appearance. There should preferably be three parties involved in the operations of this Lottery website, Owner (me), Agents and Gamers. I would be able to open Agent accounts for the Agents, who would be in turn be soliciting Gamers to play in the lottery. There will be different categories of Bets, for instance, will the lottery results be Big or Small, Odd or Even etc. Official results of the lottery will be entered by me and the system should be able to tabulate winnings and losses ASAP. On every Monday, the Agents would able to reset the Gamers' accounts to $0 after money collection/distribution, and Owner (me) would be able to do the same for the Agent accounts. We have a firm business idea and only need a great developer to write all of this into a website. The candidate must have the following attributes - • Proven experience in building quality gambling websites. • Proven experience in designing online gambling, lottery websites. • Experience in writing quality content to the website. • Great knowledge in e-commerce • Relevant education for web-design and content writing • OK to work part time, great if able to reply to emails within 12hours, or even better, mobile phone calls.
