Joomla Maps Component (Partially Completed)

This project is partially finished already, but due to the programmer's inexperience and slow pace I need somebody with real experience to take over. Please do not bid if you do not know your way around Google Maps API v3. This Component/Module Comprises 4 Parts: A. Registration Registration/Login Popup, Choice of Packages B. Main Area - Customer Area (Frontend of our Site): (90% Finished) 1. Add/Delete/Edit Area of Operation (max 3 Areas) on a Google Map, and sets their Home Base 2. Add/Delete/Edit Vehicles to their Fleet 3. Add/Delete/Edit Operation Types 4. They can then create Operation Entries. An Operation is marked on the Google Map. Vehicles Used, Images Upload, Links to articles about Operation. C. Customer Generate iFrame Once there is at least one Operation Entry the customer can generate a Mini-Site (mini-site should have no dependancy on Joomla) which can be embedded in their own site via iFrame. Mini-Site: 1. Map View: This shows a Google Map with all Entries, which can be then Filtered by Operation Type, Year, etc. The individual Operational Entries can be clicked and the full details of the Operation are displayed in a modal window. 2. List View: A list of all Operations, also filterable. 3. Statistics View: A bar chart of all operations broken down by Operation Type. Filterable. D. Backend 1. Edit Customers Data, the package they are subscribed to. Suspend/Activate users. 2. Add/Edit/Delete Packages (i.e. Yearly, Monthly, 3 Months Free, Limited by Operation Entries etc) 3. Automated Monthly Bill - This is an XML File sent to a central processing agency once a month. The code for this already exists and must be integrated into this project. ------------------------------------------- If things go well, the project will be expanded with extra functionality.
