Paypal API Adaptive Payments Final Value Fee Website Project

I need some changes done to my Buy/Sell Marketplace Website: [login to view URL] As of right now, sellers can sell their items to buyers for free on our website. I need for this to be changed to the following: A final value fee commission (3% of the item value) should be automatically deducted from each sellers Paypal payment with Adaptive Payments (Split Payments). Details of the process: 1) When an item is sold on our website, 97% of the payment should go to the seller's Paypal, and 3% should go to my Paypal account. 2) This should be an automatic process using Split Payments 3) Create a backend system in our admin section of the website that stores the details of each commission (Shows buyer and seller login info with link to each user profile, link to the item page, the 97% amount and the 3% amount) 4) A new link should be added to the homepage named "Sell".
