I'm looking for an exact clone of Facebook.com. It should include ALL functionality of Facebook.com. I'll provide you with an account so you can try out the features. Familiarity with [login to view URL] is a pro, but if you aren't I put a ROUGH detailled description at the bottom. I will deliver a design that is somewhat different than [login to view URL]'s design, but it will include almost the exact same features. Obviously [login to view URL] has a backend to control the system that is not available to users. I will need a smiliar backand. I want the site to be truly professional, and am therefore looking for a professional coder or team. You should make the site secure, with decent and copyright-free coding. The code should be compliant with web-standards and XHTML/CSS as much as possible. I'm looking for someone who is pro-active and will think with me. The clone will be almost exact except from some features (like 'notes', 'networks', and more) and the design and language. They will be different as it will be used by Dutch students. By starting and completing this project all deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Dutch Copyright law. MY FRIENDS This page should show small summaries of the friends with recently updated profiles.- Thumbnail picture - Name - School - Send message - Poke user - View user's friends - View user's photo's The friends page should be an exact copy of Facebook functionality except the 'social timeline' functionality. MY PHOTOS This page should show the albums the user has created. Give functionality to add albums and upload pictures. Look at most recent Friends' albums. Users should be able to 'tag' persons in the pictures with clicking the face of the persons in the picture and have an AJAX drop-down menu with all friends of the user. When user X is tagged in user Y's picture, the picture should show up in user X's account. We should come up with batch upload functionality for easy uploading of multiple pictures. The photos functionality is complicated, and should have the exact same functionality as Facebook's functions. Features include: - Adding (and removing) albums - Entering location, description and privacy level of album - Entering caption with pictures - Tag people in pictures - Removing tags of yourself at other user's pictures. MY GROUPS Users should be able to join or create groups. The page should show the joined groups (with thumbnail and summary). It should have functionality to search groups (browse in categories or search). It should have a 'create group' button. MY EVENTS All the events posted by the users will be displayed here with its name, location, time and the category of the event. Users can post and view the time and location of the events. MY ACCOUNT - Change contact email address - Change password MY PRIVACY - Ability to block people - Ability to let only friends see your profile or all people at school. People should get an email when they received - a message - a friend request - an event invite Search Users can retrieve the required details like Profiles, General, etc. The search results will provide and lists all the details from the database. The search can be made on the following - Quick Search People Groups Events Global - Advanced Search The search results can be single line and detailed depending on the users choice. Invite Users can invite their friends to join in the network by entering their mail id. These individuals will receive message requesting to join the group with required instructions. Activation The users are provided with 2 flexibilities « Deactivation The users can deactivate their account my using the option My Account « Reactivation The users can reactivate their account by logging in with the old user name and password. Admin functionality should include: - Ban users - See statistics about users, views, wall posts, top users, etc. etc. We should put some thought in this.
