Complete ownership of infrastructure for ourselves and clients BRIEF: 1. Create a Joomla 2.5 template that supports our graphic designer work. (jpgs attached, PSD files after agreement) 2. Test and ensure the templates work within Joomla 2.5 release 3. Ensure the templates support Norwegian and English language 4. Provide handover documentation that supports template design. WHAT YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. Building our website in Joomla. We want a template we can manage. We are competent in Joomla, however not template production. 2. Hand holding - We just want to take the template components and run with it. If we can´t create articles or make the content flow from the template you created - its coming back.
