Template Recreation

This project requires recreation of a website template. I don't know if the site was created in Joomla or Wordpress, but you have to determine the best platform to copy the style and functionality. The site to replicate is [login to view URL] I have new logos, images, colors, and text that will be in place of the current. The only additional feature for this page will be a contact form that will have 4 input boxes: name, email, phone, and message. The contact form will need to have some sort of popup or confirmation that the message has been sent. Specifics: -The image slider needs to be an easy to use module. I need to be able to change, add, or remove pictures in the future. I also need to be able to adjust timing of the slide show. -The contact box needs to send an email multiple addresses on submission. -The text needs to be easily modified (in Joomla or Wordpress backend)
