AND GOT BELOW
Testresult for [login to view URL]:
This IP IS CURRENTLY LISTED in our Database.
Please note that this listing does not mean you are a spammer, it means your mailsystem is either poorly configured or it is using abusive techniques.
This kind of abuse is known as BACKSCATTER (Misdirected Bounces or Misdirected Autoresponders or Sender Callouts). Click the links above to get clue how and why to stop that kind of abuse.

Did some research
Backscatter (also known as outscatter, misdirected bounces, blowback or collateral spam) is incorrect automated bounce messages sent by mail servers, typically as a side effect of incoming spam.
in the [login to view URL] it states the reasons for it and cures, but does anyone have qmail knowledge to have this as partof config as I may not be alarmist if the Qmail setings are incorrect to have caused this issue??

also found this for Qmail

Hope kloxo coders will look into this also please

QUOTE: What is the best solution to avoid backscatter (stop doing)?
If you're willing to do some relatively complex software installation,
Bruce Guenter's mailfront package can do a range of checks at SMTP
time and reject rather than bounce most undeliverable mail. You also
have to install his CVM package which provides a daemon that mailfront
can use validate addresses handled by qmail or vmailmgr.
The documention is sparse but adequate, and it's very well written. I
use mailfront to do invalid address rejection along with some other
built-in rules, and have added modules to do DCC checks and call
spamassasin's spamd at SMTP time.

I solve all problems blacklisting and whatever you like and can come with better idea than this what is installed at the moment, I strongly suggest set-up IspConfig...
