Email Contacts IMPORT Script(Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL,...)

I need a complete standalone script that I could integrate into most of my consumer web portal applications. This is an import or upload FRIENDS or COLLEAGES contacts script that is used on many websites such as Myspace, Facebook, LinkedIN, etc. to invite contacts to join the web portal. As illustrated in the attached, the script should support TWO options -- (a) automatically log into user provided email account with username and password and retrieve their contacts. (b) allow upload of contacts via CSV and any other supported formats. If you have an already built full robust solution, please provide a quote for your solution and explain the features of how solution. I would like to test the solution on your machine before purchase. The script must save the contacts to a local database on the server; the ability to send invitational messages to the contacts is optional. Most likely a separate script would be use for the invitatonal email messages.
