Asterisk Telephony Programmer wanted

Programmer must have telephony IVR development experience. Installation/configuration/programming of Linux, Mysql and Perl required. Using Perl and a open source software(Asterisk), I need a programmer to develop an IVR application generator using the MySql database to control callflow of the IVR system. Payment authorization module/integration will be needed using Paypal, creditcards etc..
