Registration & Login, IP matching & URL masking(repost)

OVERVIEW: Registration & Login mgmt; log all reg, IP, and login data to our .mdb, accessible through a simple admin console; and provide temp, one-time url for successful logins and 3 product links, to avoid link sharing. HERE'S THE FLOW: Customer orders e-products > we email him a link to REGISTRATION > (enter your project) > he completes form > EMAIL VERIFICATION > he clicks the link > terms & conditions agree page (from which you also log his IP as his registered IP, ie login he created on reg page will be good for that machine only) > Submit > you email us his reg data & reg'd IP > we manually ACTIVATE his registration (ie you turn his login on) by manually adding his IP to our internal system and then by checking off the 1, 2, or 3 products he ordered in the .mdb (there's currently 3 checkboxes, one corresponding to each e-product) AND we also checkoff the "Activate" column, and then hit a "Send email" button you'll add to the .mdb) > this sends him welcome email that his login is now ready to use with a link to the login page > he clicks it > he logs in > if successful (matching username, pw & matching IP), he's taken to a page with the 1, 2 or 3 e-product links he had initially ordered. You must mask (hide) the URL of that page with the links, AND mask each of the e-product links themselves, using a one-time temporary URL (to avoid link sharing). {You'll also log all activity throughout this process in the .mdb}. Thanks for understanding. Here's a nice summary / preview of the skills you'll need: SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Excellence in asp/asp.NET in conjunction with our MSAccess (.mdb) database (basically a previously existing db with 3 tables that we modified to fit only this project; you'll add 1 table and ensure things are linked up properly to the db). In addition to the headstart on the .mdb, we have some .asp files (for the reg form and login form) that should also help you out and save you time for the other tasks. 2. Ability to center windows &/or prompts on screen & customize window size to fit the contents, instead of full screen 3. Database handling & activity logging 4. Ability to create/find a little checkbox "I Agree" script to allow user to agree to T&C. 5. Comfort in URL masking, ie ability to provide temp, one-time urls to mask the permanent urls for both the page that follows successful logins as well as for the 1, 2 or 3 e-product links that you'll show on that page {depending on which of the 3 products they ordered > and we subsequently manually checkoff in the .mdb, which 1, 2, or 3 checkboxes will tell you to include those links (as tmp URLs) on the logged-in page.} 6. Excellence in: IP handling to a) show the user his own IP (easy); b) log IPs for Reg & Logins; c) ensure login IP matches user's reg'd IP 7. Provide a small desktop admin console/control panel (which will give us convenient access to the contents of the 4 tables in the .mdb, namely: i) see user reg & login data; and ii) manually "activate" from 1-3 products (checkboxes within console that we simply check if purchase came thru) and hit "send email" which sends the welcome email. All emails and prompts wording have also been provided for you in the concise, well-organized, attached specs.
