This is an urgent project as my zencart site was hacked; I pulled the entire site down and set it up again with a woocommerce site, then imported in all the pages and products (minus attributes and variables).
So I need someone who know woocommerce, can do this immediately and finish ASAP.
I need 8 tweaks to woocommerce plugin (no theme work):
1. A manual gateway for credit card payments. (And to get rid of the direct deposit and Paypal options, and rename "Cheque" to Check/Money Order.) My payment options should be: Mastercard/Visa/Discover or Check/Money Order
2. All my products are there but I need to set up correct variables and attributes that affect item price and shipping costs:
I have 3 kinds of products:
1. items with free shipping (no problem with this)
2. Books that have 3 variables due to price plus shipping choice:
a) US Priority Mail (Add $5 to base price)
b) Canada/Mexico Priority Mail (Add $12.95 to price)
c) Europe/Asia/Australia Priority Mail (Add $16.95 to price)
What should occur is the person checks the radio button to choose where the book is being shipped and then the product goes into the shopping cart with one of three prices. (US should be default choice) Then there is no additional shipping charges (ie, "free" shipping at checkout for this item).
3. all other items on the site should be flat rate for 1-6 items, $5, $12.95 or $16.95 priority shipping applied when they check out depending on where they live. Then a different flat rate price for 7+ items, again configured for 3 shipping areas, ie, $10.85 US, $32.95 Canada/Mexico, $47.95 Europe/Asia/Australia.
3. I would like to also offer an "Express Mail" shipping surcharge option at checkout of $20.
4. Add a "How did you find us?" text field to the check out screen where customer fills in his name, address, etc.
5. "Register" on the website should not just have name and email address, but the same fields as checking out info, ie, address, phone, how did you find us?
6. Add 2 more statuses for orders, Reservation Updated and Membership Updated.
7. Email Client when there is change in status.
8. Check/Money Order choice defaults to "on hold" status at purchase time. Mastercard/Visa/Discover defaults to "processing" at purchase time.

Points #1-4 are the most urgent and need to be done first.
I don't care about product weight, color or size or any of that...I ship everything priority mail, wherever it goes in the world. Some items have free shipping. Books have pre-paid shipping built into the price depending on where it's being sent. All other items have shipping calculated by number of items in the cart, either 1-6 items, or 7+ items (mix or match, doesn't matter, anything in the cart except books or free shipping items).
I need this done quickly (ie, this week) and if you set up the variables, attributes and shipping options for me I can apply it myself to all the products. ie, if you set up one book for me I can do all the rest of the books. I'll be glad to do the grunge work unless these changes can be globally done for an entire category of products. Otherwise, just set up one for me so I know what I'm doing.
I'll deal with theme customization at some other time, when I figure out what theme I want to end up with. Right now, I need to get the site operational again ASAP.
