Need a Good Well Priced Coder

I have several projects to do over the nest couple of months and I m looking for a good coder, mainly PHP and MySQL but other things is a plus, needs to know how to atleast do the following... -set up a complex voting communities -set up a complex market place based on PayPal and be able to manipulate and integrate PayPal subscription services in advanced ways... -Be able to work with VBulleting and PHPBB and manipulate in advanced such... -Things such as autmatically resizing images...automated mail notifications...just be reafy to use advance php and MySQL... One of the reasons Im looking for a new personal coder is because mine is moving and is unable to do things for a while so I need someone to come in and do his work and one of the jobs would be to finish this site which he had almost completed before move: [login to view URL], I will explain details later... Basically bid low as this just an interview depending on how well you finish his job, I will see if I will keep working with you, which would mean, many projects... I want people who are knowledgeable, dedicated and will stay incontact with me(you must have Yahoo Messenger and be logged on when you are on the computer just in case I need to contact you), works fast and well, and ofcourse is cheap... :) Ok everybody tell me about yourselves... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
