Simple Visual Basic, web services screen sample

This is a small and very simple Visual Basic program. The coder will need to use a timer service, take a screenshot sample of the desktop,? convert it into gif,? take a sample of the windows active applications, and then send all this information to our server using Web Services (SOAP) Complete description attached in zipped PDF (need acrobat reader) We need the program to be light for download, so it cant use .NET framework. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
