The main purpose of this database/website is to provide a singe, attractive, searchable web presence that provides ITC members the opportunity to showcase their products and services, learn about their competitors, and identify services and/or products that can be purchased from fellow ITC members. The ITC Inventory and Resource Guide will provide a valuable service to the members of ITC that is not provided anywhere else in the state. It will include information about ITC, and an ITC member listing, featuring the services and/or products provided by each member, a brief description of their business, and contact information. Mind Tremors (a member of the ITC Inventory task force) has volunteered its services and obtained the initial information for the Inventory. The results are in a delimited file that will be provided to the winning bidder. This database needs to be designed with the idea that the entire state's technology inventory will someday be accessed through this site. Currently the only information that will be provided is that of ITC members. - MySQL is the preference on what tool are used to build that database Elements of this proposal MUST include: 1. A system that allows individuals to update and maintain their company's inventory information. 2. An administrative feature that allows: a. Ability of Deletion of old information. b. Capability to update current information. c. Ability to upload new information from comma delimited file and append to existing database from admin area 3. Ability to query and print the database for handouts or other publications. 4. The ability to search the database on a number of different parameters. 5. Ability to print information from the web site. 6. Ability to provide in-kind services. 7. Allow members the opportunity to showcase their products and services, learn about their competitors, and identify services and/or products that can be purchased from fellow ITC members 8. Inventory and Resource Guide will provide a valuable service to the members of ITC that is not provided anywhere else in the state. it will include information about ITC, and an ITC member listing, featuring the services and/or products provided by each ITC member, a brief description of their business, and contact information, ability for ITC member to upload their picture to place in the ITC Member page and the ability for ITC member to be able to edit their own information, services and/or products provided, a brief description of their business, and contact information. 9.
