Need WebDesigner for various simple and quick Wordpress Websites

Hello, I am looking for a work relationship with a website designer. I have a small IT company and recently we are having several customers requests for simple and quick websites, mainly for business promotion, presence and general information. We don't offer this service but we can aim to hire a web designer to make the websites. No logins, no systems, no e-commerce, no custom graphic designs or logos, maybe a little of SEO. You can work with any CMS that you like, although we strongly prefer Wordpress for simplicity. We will work with you in the following quick-and-go scheme: 1-We will provide you a template/theme sample and you should be able to copy it entirely or make an almost exact similar design (many times a free template will be just fine). 2- You build the website, which should be customized with content that we will provide, mostly replacing Images, photos, logo and text. 3- We will then review the website and point out final modifications. 4- You will then handle the website to us, and it should be easy to be managed and updated by us after you deliver it. Budget for websites works are the following: 5 or less Pages Website: $35 USD 6-10 Pages Website: $50 USD 11-15 Pages Website: $75 USD 16-20 Pages Website: $110 USD We will pay Webhosting and domains. There will be several quick and small projects like this if we are satisfied with your work. A portfolio of previous works is a must. It's a bonus if you speak Spanish, but not required at all.
