Notification Publishing site. Based on WP or Shopping cart software. I need a php/dev team with a nice UI designer for this project. I would like to start from a working system like WordPress with a shopping cart pluggin or Joomla, OS Commerce, MagentoCommerce etc, so you don't need to build the whole thing from the ground up. It will require a simple shopping procedure and coupon verification module, moderator and admin. End of employment publication local site. What we need to achieve. A website/bulletin board where local companies will pay to publish a legal notification that certain employee has ceased to work with them. The main site, upon load will display two scrolling boards, Example [login to view URL] The larger scroll board will rotate the latest published persons with photo and info. The smaller scroll board will rotate the latest published persons without photo, just info. Clicking on a publication will display the publication in single publication view mode. It will have a search field to search for publication by keywords. Below that, there will be some text provided by us, then a large Publish button. ( I would like to see an "easy steps to publish" like the one on the main page of [login to view URL] ) Example 1 fill info 2 review 3 payment 4 see it published! Upon publish request, the site will display a form to be filled, a photo to be uploaded, and some additional information, like email, contact telephones, etc. about 15 fields of simple user data. There will be a Preview Publication button that will show the publication formatted as it will display on the website, in single publication view. We will provide a stock text, where some information from the fields will be inserted into it, to make it a legit and correctly formatted publication. Example: Here by we certify that was in our facility from to …. etc. It will display below that, 2 publishing prices, user will choose one, and will be able to input a PROMO CODE/coupon, this promo code has to be checked for authenticity, expiration etc. User will choose from several payment options. ie Credit Card, Local Payment processor (instructions provided), PayPal, BankTransfer or none (in case it has a coupon/promo code with 100% off) After submitting, the publication will be saved, and sent to a moderator for review. Moderator will somehow, check, approve the publication. If the publication is not good, the moderator will contact the publisher via email (from the details on the form). Manually edit the publication, and publish or approve it , so it goes live on the main site on the scrolls and search. There needs to be a way to edit the publications to correct for errors, or totally delete them. Deletions will notify via email, or will be user/level controlled. So moderator cannot delete entries, just review them. Publications should be google indexable. Final front end will be in Spanish, I will provide translations for everything, backend can be in English. I can provide sandbox server/host or you can use your own. I would like to see your GUI portfolio. I like to deal with people with initiative, sense of humor, responsible. I sometimes can't answer email or messages fast enough. So patience is required. As mentioned before, i thought about Wordrpess since a publication is similar to a blog post, but needs custom information and format. Google will index it quickly; Wordpress also handles the moderator , and user levels for edit and delete. I’ve seen shopping cart pluggins for WP, so if it supports coupons, you might be able to pull it off quickly. Don't hesitate to ask! looking forward to this.
