Subscription / Membership site

We are a real estate wholesale company and are looking to expand our business by implementing a subscription based website for people to join and become part of our network of investors. They will pay $29.99 and have access to our properties as well as our investors as prospective buyers for their properties. We will also be selling real estate education products and seminars which will pay a commission to our current employees. Each new person who signs up will be assigned a mentor who will be there for them with questions and will help them invest in properties. The mentor will receive between $5 and $10 per month for each person they are mentoring. The site needs to track each signup, who they are assigned to, automatically run their payments each month, re run any declines a number of times each month, and track how many members each mentor has each month and how much they are owed each month. We have thousands of people who are on your team that want to partner with you. It needs to have a landing page where they will sign up that looks appealing and product pages as well. Must have admin access and be able to edit content. Also if possible be able to add pages. Content will change and be updated daily Membership site with login page for members and affiliates Must be self-replicating Lead management back end (kind of) – Affiliate links to sign people up. Needs to track when people sign up and which affiliate to pay. (They will be paid monthly, so it will need to track cancellations, who is active, who is up to date with payments etc. Needs to keep track of when people purchase products, who gets the credit, and is then paid commission. Secure payments page. Must be able to do automatic payments every month. With PAYPAL and credit cards. If someone’s payment is declined, can it re-run 2-3 times over the course of a week? Can this be done with Paypal? Also needs to track who gets paid for each active member. Product pages with ability to track who gets commission (lead management). Do we build a wordpress site and implement membership software such as wishlist, amember, membergate etc.?? It must be easy for us to update content.
