Trustworthy and Professional Website Consultant

I am in the Article Writing Services Business for more than 3 years already. However, up to now I don’t have a professional website. I had one before but I did not liked how my web manager carried out the task. Now, I am searching for a new website manager. But before the management task, I would like to improve and develop a professional looking site first. I have a host and my domain is registered. I want someone who will take care of the accounts, improve the design, and tell me what others things to do to so I can regain multitudes of orders through the website. This time, I do not need a web designer, web manager, and so on. I want a website consultant; a partner who is professional, reliable, and one who will have genuine concern. I am no "brainer" when it comes to website development that is why I want someone I really can trust. Someone who will not give me overkill price and someone who will show me good results long term. If all will work well, I can even do a profit sharing set-up for both of us. That’s me, I share my blessings. =) If you think you are that one, please take a look at the attachment for other details and tell me your rate. If you will give me a rate, please breakdown in details what I could get from that rate. Please also submit your detailed plan on how to improve the website. I do not wish to pay one time big time. I will pay in milestones. I do not have that much funds that is why I want to do this slowly but surely. I can only allocate $10 a week for the project. Let me know your plans week per week and what my $10 can attain. I don’t mind paying $100 or more but then again, I am telling you that I will do it in milestone and pay you only $10 per week.
